Welcome to GYB360°. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (gyb360.in) and the purchase of our digital infrastructure packages (Websites, CRMs, Brand Kits, and Marketing Services). By accessing our website or purchasing a package, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01 Scope of Services
GYB360° provides custom-engineered digital solutions for MSMEs, operating strictly on a "Zero-Template" and "Zero Monthly Rent" (for our software) philosophy. Our services are categorized into four distinct packages: Starter, Growth, Professional, and Dominator. The specific deliverables for each package are detailed on our website's Pricing/Plans page.
02 Payment Terms & Billing

Payment Structure Projects commence only upon the receipt of either a 50% Advance Payment or a 100% Full Payment via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).

Balance Clearance If you opted for the 50% advance, the remaining 50% balance must be cleared immediately upon project completion and before the final handover of administrative credentials.

Taxes All invoices will be generated using our official GSTIN. Applicable taxes (GST) will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.
03 Project Timelines & Client Responsibilities

Delivery Schedule Project delivery timelines vary depending on the specific package you purchase (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, or 25 working days). This timeline officially begins only after you have successfully submitted the 'Brand DNA Form' and completed the 'Kickoff Strategy Call'.

Client Delays The timely completion of your project depends on your prompt feedback. Delays in submitting required materials (logos, business details, content) or approving designs will proportionately extend the delivery timeline.
04 Ownership & Intellectual Property

100% Data Sovereignty Once the final payment is cleared, you are the absolute owner of the website, custom code, CRM admin panel, and all brand assets created for you.

Data Exclusivity Any leads generated through your new panel or funnel belong entirely to you. We do not claim ownership of, nor do we share or sell, your business leads.
05 Third-Party Costs & Renewals
While GYB360° charges a one-time development fee with zero monthly rent for the CRM software, you acknowledge that standard digital ecosystem actuals apply:
- Domain & Server Hosting: For all packages, the client is strictly responsible for purchasing and providing their own Domain and Hosting. You must purchase these and provide us with the credentials to deploy your project. This policy guarantees that absolute ownership of the core assets remains in your hands.
- APIs & Custom Features: Any third-party APIs, external software subscriptions, or specific premium features requested by the client according to their unique business needs will be paid for entirely by the client.
- Ad Budgets: Any advertising budget required for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, or other marketing platforms is entirely separate from our package fee and must be paid directly by you to the respective platforms.
06 Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
For clients purchasing the Market Dominator Package (₹24,999), the "Unlimited Graphics" feature is governed by a Fair Usage Policy.

Requests are processed sequentially (one task at a time). Bulk requests that hinder our team's operational bandwidth may be queued or capped at our discretion.
07 Support & Maintenance

Post-launch, GYB360° provides comprehensive training on how to use your new Admin Panel.

Standard bug fixes related to our code are covered free of charge for 30 days post-handover. Any major structural changes, new feature additions, or redesigns requested after the final handover will be billed as a separate task.
08 Limitation of Liability
GYB360° engineers high-quality digital systems and deploys globally recognized, standard practices used by successful businesses across the internet. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, sales volumes, or ROI. Business growth and digital marketing ROI are heavily dependent on your specific market variables, product quality, audience behavior, and third-party platform algorithm updates (Google, Meta). We provide the premium infrastructure and the standard industry strategies, but market reception is beyond our control. Under no circumstances shall GYB360° be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
09 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panipat, Haryana.
